Published by Chinese editorial +86, Designer 100 is a compilation of the most prominent voices in the field of food design, both in China and beyond. The curation of the international designers was done by Francesca Zampollo, who selected different projects including our Edible Succulents or Urban Foraging projects to be featured in the book.
