Foodture Barcelona is a yearly Summit of Innovation in Food Design, Food Tech, Social Food and Sustainability born in Barcelona. They seek to create an open space where visionary projects, startups, science, design and innovation come together to explore and redesign the world of food.

The event took place at the iconic Barcelona Disseny Hub and we had the opportunity to display our Museum of Endangered Foods and chat with the visitors about the implications of the climate crisis in our food system. We also had the pleasure of learning from incredible chefs such as Carme Ruscalleda or design studio Biobabes.
